What the prescription collection process involves
You can nominate our pharmacy to handle your repeat or one-off prescriptions. Once your GP releases the prescription, it will be sent electronically to our pharmacy, where we will assemble it for collection at your convenience. Electronic prescriptions are secure, reliable, and confidential, streamlining the process without the hassle of paper prescriptions.

What to do if you have a repeat prescription and are using our prescription collection service

• If you order directly with your surgery: There’s no need to inform us of a pending prescription unless it’s urgent. In urgent cases, contact us, and we’ll prioritise your prescription. Order your repeat prescription at least five working days before running out of medication.
• If we order on your behalf: Let us know five working days before you need your medication. This ensures ample time for processing, assembly, and collection.

What if I’m having issues with my prescription?
If you experience side effects or other concerns with your medication, contact us on +447752759939 or visit the pharmacy for a consultation. We’ll assess the situation and refer you to your GP if necessary.

What if I want to change my pharmacy?
You can change your nominated pharmacy anytime. Simply inform your new pharmacy, and they’ll handle the transition. GP surgeries may also require notification. Keeping prescriptions with one pharmacy is recommended to maintain a comprehensive medication history and minimise the risk of interactions or lost prescriptions.
