Eligibility Criteria

• General: Available to patients aged 1 year and older.
• UTI Treatment: Women aged 16-64 years only.
• Earache Treatment: Children aged 1-17 years only.
• Bites or Stings: Only those occurring in the UK are eligible.
• Medical History: Patients must provide a brief medical history and list of current medications.
• Chronic or Complex Conditions: May require referral to a physician for further evaluation.
• Serious Conditions: Referrals will be made if there are concerns about a more serious issue.
